 Create Vendor / Agent account in SAP software Ensure to receive all the outstanding invoices to be booked in SAP software Ensure billing party, account code and cost centre are assigned correctly to respective invoice In charged of Company Material Procurement from creating the Purchase Requisition, issuing Purchase Order, Goods Receipt, Invoice of the Goods and Goods Issuance Ensure the invoice are matched with the Purchase Order for company material and process in a timely accurate manner Ensure invoice match with the rate quoted by Vendor / Agent Follow up with the Vendors / Agent and Procurement Team on the invoices issue Prepare and record the payment for Vendor / Agent in SAP software Reconciling Statement of Account on monthly basis Assisting in preparing monthly profitability report Assisting in preparing provision report Manage Petty Cash for adhoc payment

 Monitoring cash account – duty, express, domestic, SNS Ensure all Cash on Delivery collected from the courier Reconciling cash accounts daily basis Reconciling KLIA duty ledger and Account Receivable duty ledger Invoicing the duty and courier to the client/branches within stipulated dateline Summarizing receivables by maintaining invoice accounts, coordinating monthly transfer to account receivable and preparing report
