- Assist and co-ordinate with immediate supervisor on work as per paper project or program assigned- Liaising with clients on project matter and handling inbound and outbound calls. - Liaising with customers with regards to project matter on daily basis and handling customer inquiries through telephone or walk – in customer.- Coordinate with courier company, City-Link and other transports companies on the delivery performance of goods.- Coordinating project administration, verifying customers report.- Monitoring and updating the performance of projects.- Prepare billing statement & fulfillment report for Monthly basis- Performing data entry, verified the invoices.
