Bella previously worked as a career development executive, and is now on her journey as clinical psychologist. Her key areas are mood disorders, neurodevelopment disorders, panic and anxiety issues, and behavioural issues. She is trained in administering psychological assessments and conducting psychotherapy predominantly in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) and Solution- Focused Brief Therapy (SFBT) approach. She has worked with children, adolescents and adults; including minorities, refugees and indigenous people.Bella is passionate about raising mental health awareness and breaking the stigma in society. She is also determined to make a difference and aspire to help one’s growth. She believes that everyone should have the same opportunity to get psychological services regardless of their background and economic status.Bella holds a Bachelors (Hons) in Psychology of Industrial Organisation from University Malaysia Sabah and is currently pursuing her Masters in Clinical Psychology. She is proficient in English, Malay and Bahasa Indonesia.
