My primary job scope includes drafting and reviewing agreements for the company's products, including declaration of hibah, wills, jointly acquired asset agreements and trust deed, ensuring timely completion and accuracy. I also provide comprehensive legal advice on estate planning matters by conducting in-depth client interviews to assess their needs and goals and develop customized estate plans accordingly. I collaborate with team members to ensure efficient document production, while adhering to all relevant legal requirements and best practices. In order to do so, I would regularly keep myself updated on changes in estate planning laws and regulations and provide recommendations to clients.I conduct risk assessment by executing due diligence aligned with AMLA (Anti-Money Laundering, Anti-Terrorism Financing and Proceeds of Unlawful Activities Act 2001) guidelines to ensure all documents are in order.

Admitted as an Advocate and Solicitor in High Court of Malaya in December 2021.The firm specializes in banking litigation. During my pupillage, the area of law that I have done includes banking litigation, general litigation (good solds and delivered) and family law. My work scope consists of drafting cause papers, attending court matters for execution proceedings, doing researches in different areas of law, attending meetings, liaising with government officers or clients and assisting in administration work.

I conducted legal researches on various areas of law such as Construction Law, Equity and Trusts Law and many more in order to facilitate the partners and legal associates in preparing their cases.I assisted legal associates in drafting court-related documents such as written submissions, preparing bundle of authorities, and transcribing court hearings.
