In partnership with governments, civil society, technical agencies, the private sector and people affected by the diseases.My Main Job as Data Officer are :- Process the data, analyze and present it into useful information that can be use in the district health office to monitor situation and project achievements- Ensure the validity, accuracy and completeness of the data collected- Provide facility level data (primary and secondary health care facilities), identify any challenges in the field and discuss for solution- Work closely with TB Programmer in health care facilities (Hospitals and Public Health Care Facilities) to ensure accurate and valid TB's data as found when they provided health services

• Work closely with TB Officer in District Health Office (Wasor) to ensure accurate and valid TB data at district health office • TB data collection of PPM Monthly Monitoring (such as TB-HIV, MDR, regular TB indicators, etc.) from DHO, health facilities and other partners • Ensure the validity, accuracy and completeness of the data collected. • Process the data, analyze and present it into useful information that can be use in the district health office to monitor situation and project achievements. • Manage the data and information that have been collected, check data quality and handed over to Data Officer for validation• Provide information about CTB activities implemented in working area• Provide technical facilitation on recording and reporting when needed (eg. in the absence of TO or DO) in the intensified district area. • Provide facility-level data (primary and secondary healthcare facilities), identify any challenges in the field and discuss for solution.
