- Executed the monthly backcasting / lookback process, to analyze, identify opportunities and to present them to sites driving improvement in molecule management and profitability by using ASPEN LP PIMS- Worked closely with Sr. Economist to understand the opportunities identified by the lookback analysis and execute the follow up - Worked closely with Modelling & Optimization engineers to understand the potential gaps in planning model, investigate further and make necessary adjustment to the model

• Base job includes process monitoring, troubleshooting and optimizing distillation equipment (Atmospheric, Vacuum Distillation Towers, Furnaces, Desalters, Naphtha Splitters, Debutanizer) by utilizing advanced analytical and statistical software, process modelling tools, plant drawings and crude scheduling tools• Provide engineering analysis and recommendations to drive business team actions in refinery. Has achieved significant number of process engineering saves/wins leading to improved margins, energy and reliability which have been recorded and shared globally. Notable contributions include yield improvement through wash oil rate optimization to vacuum tower wash bed, reboiler fouling detection and overhead tower salt deposition temperature optimization• Experienced in utilizing ASPEN Dynamic Matrix Control (DMC) and Real Time Optimization (RTO) to identify process unit constraints on daily/weekly/monthly basis and proactively worked together with application engineers in refineries to bust constraints, leading to significant improved profitability for refinery• Experienced in advanced analytical and statistical software usage (SeeQ and JMP) and process modelling tools (AVEVA PRO/II) for day to day troubleshooting and optimization works

- Direct and coordinate the administrative functions of Malaysian Festival 2015- Responsible for recruiting, screening, interviewing and placing directors and volunteers to cater the biggest annual event in Sydney
