1. Responsible for supporting all customer requirements involving all customer services and operational activities, such as after-sales support, quotation, order processing, order status updates, delivery tracking, and if necessary organizing with import, finance, and logistics teams to ensure delivery processes meet the customer requirement. 2. Actively involved with all activities related to all departments, in order to plan business strategy and support sales to achieve targets. 3. Responsible to manage schedule and budget for support & service division every week to fulfill sales or customer requirement. 4. Actively communicate with suppliers, customers, and principal in order to support the business.5. Responsible for maintaining a positive, caring, and professional attitude towards customers at all times and responding promptly to customer inquiries to ensure customer satisfaction. 6. Create and review quotations and follow up to the respective customer to increase the possibility of sales rate. 7. Manage customer complaints and issues promptly, including investigation on the root cause to provide corrective action as needed.8. Develop and implement sales action plan to meet monthly, quarterly, annual sales and targets.9. Responsible for spare parts sales and after-sales service with an average annual target of about IDR 7 Billion.
