My focus has shifted from effectively managing BIM VDC projects and local strategy. I now focus on Research & Development in Construction - from brainstorming how to resolve a pain point to educating teams on innovation as we implement improved technology/ processes/ products

• Responsible for effective BIM delivery on a residential and an educational facility.• Facilitate implementation of new technology.• Produce lean planning reports that can help project teams review progress and plan ahead efficiently.• Use BIM products to produce quality project deliverables and provide support to project teams on how to use various BIM and Innovation software to best suit their interests and project.

My role comprised:• Coordinated pre-construction engineering services on a heritage assembly building, including creating code compliance reports in accordance with National Building Codes for Fire Fighting & HVAC services• Prepared engineering documentation for building services (MEPF) tenders, such as execution methodologies, system synopsis presentations, technical datasheets, Work Breakdown Structures, etc.• Reviewed & studied new technologies that can be used to improve construction & engineering efficiency (Ex: Laser scanners, Prefabrication underground Cable Avoidance Tools)• Managed BIM on Projects and Tenders , including setting up BIM Execution Plans, overseeing production of shop drawings, and authoring documentation during tendering• Authored Operation & Maintenance Manuals for HVAC and Plumbing for a Residential High Rise and a Commercial project, totalling 5.5 million sq. ft• Prepared Requests for Proposals (RFPs) and Scope of Works documents, conducted techno-commercial reviews, and recommended BIM consultants
