• Responding to customer inquiries and providing technical support through the JIRA ticketing system• Troubleshooting Level 1& level 2 of hardware and software support.• Providing remote support through TeamViewer, Phone, email and field visits.• Configuring and supporting client’s emails in Microsoft Outlook• Managing and troubleshooting user accounts and permissions in Active Directory or Azure AD• Customize desktop PCs with specific SOE needs and install additional hardware components and peripherals.• Creating and updating technical documentation, such as FAQs or knowledge base articles, to help users resolve issues independently.• Conducting software installations and upgrades through Microsoft Intune• Conduct hardware testing, arrange UAT, register and distribute new IT assets, and replace outdated equipment for decommissioning.• Provide end-user training and support to ensure employees can use software and systems effectively.• Assist and troubleshoot network problems, system issues, Operating system updates and upgrades.• Performing basic SharePoint administration tasks (creating a new site, creating policies, new user enable/disabling access, updating the site and restoring deleted site).
