Skill acquisition addressed psychological, athletic, technical and tactical development of all athletes. 2. Performance Analysis - Scouted opposition trends in preparation for upcoming games and also provided players with feedback and video support post-match to prepare athletes for upcoming games and aid their development. 3. Assistant Strength & Conditioning Coach - Created a tailored warm-up routine that reflected the players tendencies and facilitated key movements in after school workouts to prevent injury and maintain explosive power of all athletes for the duration of the season.

1. Led over 22 personal trainers and provided support to trainers to ensure that tasks were completed and goals were achieved consistently. 2. Handled and led all client inductions to the health club and assessed their goals and personality types before partnering them up with the best personal trainer to help them achieve that goal.3. Assistant Coach - Ireland U16 Women'sRoles included:Compiling player analysis and performance profiles of each athlete. Using these analysis to develop tailored programs for all athletes. Programs addressed athlete needs of skill acquisition, functional movements, flexibility, strength training, video analysis, technical and tactical skills. Supported head coach with tasks including logistics, scouting, generating reports and all communications with stakeholders. Entrusted with the complete development plan for all athletes, including skills acquisition, strength & conditioning and performance analysis. Also provided head coach with opposition trends. This diligent work led to an 11th place finish in the 2014 European Championships.
