I am one of the core event organizers and coordinators in which we hold technological events. Also, I helped, and still helping, the US Embassy and the USAID in Ethiopia organizing 12 consecutive Hackathons in Addis Ababa and three regional areas, Dire Dawa, Jimma, and Bahirdar. These series of hackathons, started on Nov 2018 and is to end up on March 2020. We bring in each hackathon 50 participants with ages between 18 & 25 to solve a nationwide issue. They have 48 hours to come with a prototype solution and if they succeeded to be in the top 3 teams, they will have the chance to continue their projects with Government officials and experts. Eventually, we have around 600 participants in the whole program
