• Projects:1-North Harbour Lot D Project North Vancouver.2-SkyTrain Edmonds Operations and Maintenance Centre (OMC 1 and 2).• My duties:1 - Reports to Project Manager.2 - Coordinate sub-trades and vendors.3 - Assist the PM in following up on deadlines and tasks for the team, including RFIs, Shop Drawing logs,etc.4 - Assists the PM with scheduling, risk management, and scope management.5 - Ensure that projects adhere to standards.6 - Assists the PM in generating monthly progress billing.7 - QA/QC Inspections documentation.8 - Works with the PM group to ensure all project documents and communications are issued per companyprotocols.9 -Data and cost analysis, extrapolation of data and report writing.10-Support the development, data collection, and reporting of Key Performance Indicators in theMaintenance department.11- Assists in providing document control and communications training to others.12-Complete additional duties as required.13-Administering, supporting, and maintaining documentation of maintenance planning, purchasing andlogistical information.

• Project:The Broadway Subway Project.• My duties:1-Keeping (Metalliance TSP & MPV machinery for underground work) in working condition by doing allmaintenance and ensuring safety.2-Ensuring the company’s best interest is maintained by the maintenance policies, quality controlprocedures, and company strategy.3-Take the lead on maintenance and assets-related issues and monitor work performance and efficiency ofsubcontractors and personnel to ensure the maintenance plans and schedules are followed and the projectis executed effectively and within budget.4-Use the platform to document, follow up, load new equipment profiles, and load maintenance routines.5-Coordinate and supervise the execution of the preventive maintenance plan for all the temporaryequipment.
