Led the development of the digital platform of Cohort within 2 years, resulting in successfully opening the first Cohort hotel in Athena. It’s a hybrid platform integrating more than eight third-party cloud applications (PMS, CRM, accounting, billing, housekeeping, BI, IoT, etc..), and orchestrated by an internal middleware. It allows customers to control their stays and rooms, and staff to streamline hotel operations in real time. My responsibilities included:- Led all product life-cycles from ideation to training the hotel staff on the platform.- Collaborated with all stakeholders involved in designing and operating a hotel.- Designed the platform’s architecture with all third party integrations and user journeys.- Prepared all product and technical requirements of the middleware logic and all its integrations.- Worked closely with the technical partners to develop, test and deliver the platform.- Prepared all product documentation and staff related manuals, then trained and supported all back-office users, monitored the system’s daily performance and guaranteed the data integrity with continuous updates.

Led the development of Vinelab’s proprietary SaaS product, Sociata, an influencer marketing management solution built for brands and agencies based on a proven scientific methodology. The product enables marketers with identifying the right creators for the job, planning campaigns performances and tracking results.. My responsibilities included:- Collaborated with business, data science, marketing, creative and engineering departments to define the product direction, architecture, logic and development phases.- Led all product research, design and requirements.- Managed the product roadmap, coordinated with business and sales.- Continuously worked with engineering on technical requirements and product development in agile sprints.- Distributed the first working version of the product and participated in customer acquisition strategies.
