Overall responsible for landside and seaside operations on a shift system base.As part of the operations management team, was able to drive the "focus vessel program", improve vessel productivity by 8%, reduce LTI by 15%, and insured KPI are the driver and motivator for reporting operational staff.Key responsibilities: Operations on a shift based system.  Communication with customers Labor planning  Ordering of equipment  Performance monitoring. Responsible for delivering Operational KPIs. Ensure APMT values are lived by all Responsible for ISPS compliance on the terminal. Crisis management leader. Ensure APMT Rotterdam is customs’ compliant. Supervise and monitor teams of yard and vessel planners, dispatchers, and blue collar team leaders. Ensure the TOS system (COSMOS) is used in a way to optimize yard capacity, and deliver high productivities for vessel operations. Talent identification and grooming.
