Creating drawing set for projects• Updating drawings to an IFC set, reviewing drawings and making any changes • Reviewing architectural plans • Sending emails to clients• Cleaning up architectural plans ready to use in project • Checking Survey files for Engineer• Updating xrefs as needed • Creating sheet sets for drawing set, updating existing sheet sets• Following drafting standards and formatting • Assisting the other Designers and Drafters as needed to get jobs out the door• Updating Storm water post catchment areas on drawings and Xrefs • Reattaching Xrefs to drawing files • Problem solving issues in drawings • Completing Drafting reviews on various projects and marking up drawings. Then if other Drafter is busy will complete mark-ups myself. • Completing Drafting mark-ups on various projects• Creating transmittals for jobs via Quick Tools• Updating Invert levels on drawings that were received from the client• Setting up Civil Template folder structure and assigning documents to it
