Being an MBA (IT Systems), I have more than 20 years of experience in customer support, implementation and maintenance, involved in more than 10 full cycle assignments as a senior team member, in more than 5 projects independently as Project Manager and in 2 as a client side project manager. These assignments span across different industry segments like Ice Cream manufacturing, Cast and Ductile Iron Foundry, Plywood manufacturing, Paper manufacturing along with handling Sales and Distribution chain in both domestic and export segments and trading industry. I am well versed with different manufacturing processes, well acquainted with the entire project implementation and has been extensively participated in system study, development and implementation in the course of delivery and maintenance assignments.Obtained a facile knowledge in different industry processes in course of executing assignments for different corporate houses.Being an SAP Certified consultant I have worked as functional as well techno-functional consultant in different projects since more than last 10 years. Developed lot of queries and reports on SQL Server, SAP Hana and Crystal reports on SAP environment. Also designed and developed number of customized solutions on SAP Business One with help of UDO-UDT-UDF.
