Managing the administrative tasks of the business and providing management of efficiency and growth, including AP/AR, finance, HR, sales and marketing support, and managing the administrative team.

I create customer profiles and update their profiles with correct software, documentation, and files as needed. I keep the infrastructure components of Z3 (mail, customer server, internal server) updated and efficient for use by the company and by its customers.

I managed a team of shipping and technician staff to implement a quality management system based on ISO 9001:2008 protocols. During my time, I implemented quality control and made current workflows more efficient. Examples of this include: implementing new inventory management database, revising existing documentation and including said documents in QMS, implementing a project management system, and creating workflows in which information was not lost between staff members.

I consulted clients and their University Computers on problems including installing network software, removing viruses and rootkits, and replacing computer hardware.

I tested Z3's specific TI-Based modules and system boards to ship to clients worldwide. I updated specific ZEUS software as well as worked with customers for troubleshooting their Z3 products. I am familiar with TFTP, terminal console programs such as TeraTerm, as well as troubleshooting basic Linux-2.6 kernel software.
