Current Assignment overview :- •Establishing marketing goals with a view of Brand Development & to ensure share of market and profitability in New & Pre-owned cars division. •Develop and execute ATL & BTL marketing tactics and programs, both short and long range, to ensure the profit, growth and expansion of sales & at the same time create Brand popularity. •Research, analyze, and monitor competition marketing strategies so that market opportunities may be capitalized on and the effects of competitive activity may be minimized. Simultaneously study the financial, technological, and demographic factors as well. •Plan and oversee the advertising and promotion activities including print, electronic, and direct mail outlets for BMW promoter company Bavaria Motors pvt ltd for Pune & rest of Maharashtra (except Mumbai) . •Communicate with outside advertising agencies for ongoing campaigns. •Work with the creative team & approve the , design, layout, paste-up, and production of promotional materials. •Develop and recommend pricing strategy for the organization which will result in the greatest share of the market over the long run. •Ensure effective control of marketing results and ensure that corrective action takes place where required. •Ascertain that the achievement of marketing objectives are within designated budgets. •Evaluate market reactions to advertising programs, to ensure the timely adjustment of marketing strategy and plans to meet changing market and competitive conditions. •Active decision making in relation to marketing problems and opportunities. •Conducting regular meetings with the Sales & CRM team to identify the effectiveness of the Marketing strategies & device future plans based on the data points collated. •Preparing marketing activity reports.
