Healthcare Intervention:- Worked in qualitative, quantitative and secondary research in public healthcare for the design of a major healthcare intervention by a global organisation that aimed to speed up the TB elimination rate by facilitating effective TB screening in high-incidence areas.- Conducted and facilitated primary data collection with interviews, surveys and ethnographies of various stakeholder groups in the public healthcare system dealing with TB care and elimination.- Participated in data synthesis and insight production of design development of the intervention.Public Service Delivery:- Undertook primary, secondary and mystery studies to understand the functioning of a point of public service delivery system.- Facilitated primary data collection with mystery study, interviews observations and worked on secondary research data collection.

- Internship and Degree Project - Successfully designed and developed a Do-It-Yourself (DIY) kit for the early teenage audience of rural and semi-urban India. - Undertook systematic studies on relevant theoretical frameworks, conducted market studies, contextual enquires in DIY motivations of user groups and developed prototypes for the product development.
