I developed a system entirely in Visual FoxPro that managed the synchronization of updates between the central offices in Chicago, Mexico, and Buenos Aires. All updates regarding new services, cancellations, and modifications at any of the locations in the Americas were received in the form of XML, which was consumed by the application. Based on a specific AXA protocol, it processed and transmitted a response of acceptance, rejection, and details. Performance was critical since as soon as a partner contracted a service, it had to be available at any point in the Americas.

Lead a small programmers team (5 people) in the creation of a web platform for public schools.

BOLDT SA (an Argentine company specializing in printing checks, lottery tickets, etc.)I developed a system with a very complex scope: based on the demand for lottery number ranges that agencies ordered, received in the form of spreadsheets. My application maintained the master list of agencies and imported their orders. The goal was to prepare the lottery ticket printing series in such a way that the ticket sheets could be validated, packaged, and boxed for distribution as they came off the printer (a 25-meter long German behemoth) and at the same time 'beacon' (layout the labels) of the tickets in the markup language accepted by the printer, to correctly place the content on the pre-printed sheets. It also printed individual labels for the sheets’ packages and the box sealing labels. Both were barcoded to allow validation with a laser scanner. It took me about 7 months, and when I finished, I was congratulated by the company's authorities since the previous 5 suppliers had not been able to achieve what I had done alone.Desarrollo de “Sistema de validación e impresión de billetes de Lotería Nacional (CIRSA)”(Tecnologías Visual FoxPro 7, OLEDB, Access 2000). EDENOR SA (an Electricité de France company in Argentina, dedicated to electric power distribution).Development of Market Research and Business Intelligence internal software, reporting directly to Management.I took what they already had in Visual FoxPro 3.0 for energy demand projection and rewrote it from scratch with better indexes, improved queries, object-oriented approach, etc. It involved processing the billing data of 3 million customers over 6 months and using that information to project future energy demand. Additionally, with the input of a tariff schedule, it was capable of quantifying this demand in monetary terms for different consumption categories. I was reporting directly to management. When I received what they had, the process took 36 hours to process. Six months later, I was able to process the same information and more in about 20 minutes.
