I generate and account manage a portfolio of Levy and non-Levy businesses supporting them to introduce, deliver, sustain and maximise high quality workforce development opportunities within their organisations set against clear measurable return on investment indicators and talent management strategies.Main responsibilities: Generating, negotiating and winning new employer contracts (LEVY and non-LEVY employers) Generate, develop and secure Apprentice Levy, non-Levy, commercial and other income for the College Deliver advice and support to employers about the Apprenticeship Levy and future funding reforms Undertaking organisational talent management and training & development analysis on behalf of targeted companies Generating fully costed talent management and workforce development plans in line with College and employer’s delivery requirements Effectively managing key accounts and securing future business opportunities
