Taking care of the demand management and budget control of Fixed Access Network engineering team in Spain, Portugal and Ireland.Taking control of the budget plan from the Long Term planning to the detailed budget building for each Fiscal Year. Taking care of the monthly execution, analyzing deviations and working on plans to close the gaps together with the budget owners. Working with Planning, Finance and Engineering teams. This activity is focused on Spain, Portugal and Ireland.Acting as Project Manager for the new demands coming to the Fixed Access Engineering team, leading the projects from the demand phase until they go to delivery. Ensuring that all the relevant teams and resources are involved, coordinating them all, and managing the budget approval to be able to run the project. This activity is mainly focused on Spain, Portugal and Ireland, but I have also been managing projects in other countries such as Germany and Czech Republic.

Specialist in new generation Fixed Access networks. The main functions were to analyse the evolution possibilities of Vodafone's fixed networks in Europe, taking into account the current characteristics of each network, the vendors' roadmap and economic viability. Take part in meetings with international institutions such as Cablelabs in the definition of new standards.Prepare RFIs and RFQs to advance the evolution of Vodafone's HFC and FTTH networks.

Specialist in securing and improving the performance of the different Vodafone NGN fixed access networks (HFC, FTTH, NEBA). Responsible for defining the Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) that enable monitoring the status of these networks, analyzing their evolution, setting action plans, ensuring their implementation with different Vodafone regions, and re-evaluating them, in a process of continuous improvement. Analyze the evolution of the Net Promoter Score (NPS) and its relationship with network indicators, to improve the satisfaction of our final customers.

Within the Network Deployment department, in the Fixed Network Deployment area, I managed a team of 10 people in charge of controlling Vodafone's Fiber and HFC networks, ensuring a correct inventory of the services based on it, validating new solutions that could be applied to the deployment of the fixed networks, and improving their quality and performance.

Within the Infrastructure Department, I managed a team of 6 engineers in charge of controlling ONO's Fiber and Coaxial network, supervising its quality levels and ensuring its evolution and continuous improvement.In the same way we supported the deployment of the ONO WiFi network, over the HFC access network.
