Starting as a managing director in mindshare interaction, I assumed the responsibility of all media budgets for our international clients such as Ford, Unilever, Telefonica/Movistar, Jaguar, BBVA, LandRover, Mazda, Volvo, Rolex, LG, Lufthansa and others. We had managed strategy and media planning campaigns in all digital media landscape such us SEM/SEO, Display, RTB, Mobile, Social, Content, etc.As Mindshare became globally digitalised I was promoted to Partner Invention in order to facilitate the transition of digitalise the company and traditional strategy and media planners.As a result of that we were proud to accept the award of best digital agency in Spain in 2012.In addition, I ran a new big data and programatic media department focused on business results, applying basic econometrics data attribution models to the media planning, enforcing the business intelligence and data driven marketing strategies.

Starting as a Technology Sales Manager, I was responsible of all media and technology sales budget.I introduced marketing advertising technologies such as publisher and agency adservers, web analytics and rihcmedia technology for video advertising.After being promoted to managing director I had the additional responsibility of the complete business P&L. Furthermore I successfully deployed the first multilingual search marketing team to provide strategy and operations SEM Adwords campaigns to 24/7 international offices.

Tailored the Vocento's digital newspaper network to the needs of both national and local regions which is now known as the largest advertising news network in Spain.I initiated and managed the digital sales team for local and national advertisers. Furthermore, we offered sales skills and technical operations for local teams. Most importantly,I successfully reached annual budgets targets.

Our visionary team actualized the world's first open broad band Internet portal, precursor to youtube.com. We developed innovative advertising models based on video, content and rich-media formats, in addition to broadcasting live events and generating multimedia content.

Originally as start-up X-Media (Crossmedia) and now HiMedia Group Spain, we spearheaded the services and technology solutions in digital advertising in Spain. We introduced Adserving technologies for publishers and agencies into the market. Consequently we had created the first publisher's network.

As one of the leading pioneers on internet technologies, I had the opportunity to work on the most ground breaking projects. Learning how to work efficiently and collaboratively as a team was challenging yet extremely rewarding. Although I had prior knowledge with coding, at IBM my coding skills advanced greatly.
