Managed the leased container fleet for the biggest shipping line today, consisting of different size&types, commercially as well as operationally with commitment and enthusiasm. By developing and implementing a leasing strategy, alternative leasing, supply models and a strong supplier relationship, realized a considerable reduction of annual leasing cost, streamlined existing contracts.
