I'm a first-generation Latina, born and raised in Brooklyn, NY, where I still currently reside. I have over 5 years of experience in customer service, where I thrived in building one-on-one relationships, solving problems, and helping people with anything that came their way. These skills have given me a strong foundation in communication, collaboration, and understanding user needs—qualities that I’ve carried over into my transition to software engineering.For the past two years, I’ve been focused on learning and developing my skills in full-stack development, specializing in JavaScript, React, Node.js, Express, and PostgreSQL.
