Execute central accounts transactions in the bank, to ensure proper controls and procedures are strictly adhered to at all times according to bank’s manuals and other local regulations.I’m in charge for this department in the branch and I directly report to the branch manager.Responsibilities include: - Auditing all entries made by all employees of the branch.- Manage and control staff and supervise work and performance, investigate and rectify errors, ensure compliance with manuals.- Reviewing daily balance sheet and profit and loss report.- Prepare consolidated statistics for the branch- Prepare consolidated foreign currency and local currency reports.- Prepare certificate of deposit for joint stock companies- Follow up for sundry accounts.- Review system reports.- Insuring that all operations are in accordance with procedures manual and CBE regulations.- Other duties assigned by the line management.

Customer services department ensuring that the best services are provided to the customers over the counter in the most efficient and prompt manner possible, and that all transactions are in adherence with bank’s manual and CBE (central bank of Egypt) regulations.Responsibilities include: - Meet customers, give advice, support guidance to internal and external customers to achieve cross selling, up selling and ensure performance to agreed service standards.- Handel customer complaints and propose solutions to ensure customer satisfaction.- Monitor and review accounts to ensure conformity with bank ledgers. - Open current & saving accounts (Individual & Corporate).- Inward and outward transfers (swift).- Handling cheques drawn on customers account. (Either counter cheques, payment orders, clearing etc...)- Issuance of certified and manager cheques, demand drafts.- Execute and roll over of certificates and time deposits.- Others
