My Career Journey is very interesting and honestly it’s such a valuable opportunities for me as below : ⬇️ 1- I had worked as B2B sales executive for 4 months, then I moved managing the Operation and Collection of B2B accounts for 10 month later .2- I had worked as a support officer in big e-commerce website leading the full operational journey for Customers Purchased from the website/app until delivering the services, the position has a huge functions behind such as ( tracking the orders , purchasing issues, technical issues, managing stocks, logistics allocation and allegiant and customer support after delivery. The experience that I gained from this career was unbelievable and made me professionally grow for 3 years. 3- I have an excellent experience and understanding in Data Analysis and Visualization more than +4 years during my previous experiences until now . 4- i have worked as a Digital Sales Performance Analyst since 2022 , my experience has improved significantly starting with performance analysis and designing visualizes and insights for high management for driving decision making processes. Also I had taken a course in KPI management so this helps me understand how and what’s a corporate needs to setting objectives. 5- Now , I have got the opportunity to change the field to the most preferred approach since I was in school, it’s Digital Design and UX & UI Design, and Branding. I will implement the full knowledge of UX & UI in the current corporate ( Sales Communications ) in creating a good, valuable and interactive content and channels that serves salespeople to do their best and enhancing the efficiency.
