Managed and coordinated different entrepreneurship programs with a team 5-6 people within the organisation, funded by governmental agencies such as Maroc PME and international cooperation agencies mainly the Moroccan-German cooperation and Moroccan-Belgian cooperation, beneficiating more than 500 entrepreneurs.Coordinated the “PIAE - Program of Insertion through Economical Activities” of the King Mohammed V Foundation for Solidarity Fund in the Fés-Meknécnes region in Morocco, aimed to provide financial and non-financial support to 10-15 entrepreneurs yearly.Collaborated with the team to adapt work processes amidst the challenges of the Covid-19 pandemic, successfully facilitating the transition.
