*Dealing with & managing almentor users’ data, importing and segmentation to create targeted campaigns.*Collaborating with the Marketing Growth team to manage, create and launch different campaigns.*Creating content for almentor email marketing campaigns & notifications.*Performing A/B testing to optimize the campaign performance.*Handling the email newsletter campaigns through different tools.*Sending web push notifications and mobile app notifications to inform the customers of our campaigns, offers, mentors, courses, talks & books.*Suggesting some mobile app developments to improve the user experience.*Sending SMS marketing campaigns to increase the awareness about almentor.*Creating reports for each task to track the performance.*Collaborating with the Graphic Design team to create the needed designs for the campaigns.*Revision of the titles and designs for each campaign.

• Launch email marketing campaigns to promote Hindawi’s journals and special issues.• Respond to different inquires of the potential authors to ensure clear understanding of the journal policies and the manuscripts’ review process.• Arrange omitting the non‐potential or not interested authors from Hindawi’s mailing list.• Classify the potential authors’ feedback into positive and negative to improve the work process. • Edit any changes in the authors’ profiles to keep the database updated.• Handle any inquiries, through the CRM, from authors, editors or reviewers received at the journals’ email accounts in order to provide any needed information about these journals.

• Managing the development of new journals.• Inviting appropriate Editors to join the journals’ editorial boards, following up on all communications with editors, replying to all inquiries via email in a timely manner, and finalizing all required tasks before launching a journal (e.g. ensuring that all subjects are covered by appropriate Editors, ensuring that the board is geographically distributed).• Having ongoing responsibilities for journals that have been launched, such as working with the Customer Relation Unit to rotate editorial boards.• Making on-demand reports using excel sheets.
