• Launch email marketing campaigns to promote Hindawi’s journals and special issues.
• Respond to different inquires of the potential authors to ensure clear understanding of the journal policies and the manuscripts’ review process.
• Arrange omitting the non‐potential or not interested authors from Hindawi’s mailing list.
• Classify the potential authors’ feedback into positive and negative to improve the work process.
• Edit any changes in the authors’ profiles to keep the database updated.
• Handle any inquiries, through the CRM, from authors, editors or reviewers received at the journals’ email accounts in order to provide any needed information about these journals.

• Managing the development of new journals.
• Inviting appropriate Editors to join the journals’ editorial boards, following up on all communications with editors, replying to all inquiries via email in a timely manner, and finalizing all required tasks before.
• Having ongoing responsibilities for journals that have been launched, such as working with the Customer Relation Unit to rotate editorial boards.
• Making on-demand reports using excel sheets.
