Duties and Responsibilities:-Directed day to day office operations.-Responsible for all communications related to the work -Answer questions and directs telephone calls and visitors.-Assist in making short list for the candidates for new job vacancies.-Preparing and making the short interviews with candidates by phone-Preparing job adverts (external and internal), screening application forms, short listing, interviewing and selecting candidates.-Reply to emails and enter the CVs of the company’s system
