• Sourcing/Searching for CVs internal and external applicants' database and social platforms (LinkedIn /Bayt.com), to shortlist the most suitable applicants with department management• Conduct physical/phone interviews to assess the candidates and perform reference check if needed• Scheduling interviews with direct manager and follow up the interview status• Communicate with the selected candidates to get the required documents• Ensure candidate files are completed, and follow up with the candidate if it's not• Inform the Onboarding team regarding the new joiners• Update Talent Acquisition log to extract weekly/monthly reports• Managing partnerships with several educational institutes (e.g. KSU, PNU and KAU...etc)

• Inventory and identify the needs of company employees based on the recruitment plan• Following-up recruitment requests from all departments and comparing the specifications required• Arranging job advertisements• Arrange job applications submitted to the company and conduct interviews with applicants• Organizing employee contracts and employment documents• Negotiate the salary/Offer with the accepted candidates• Development and creativity in finding new employment solutions• Established TA Dashboard• Participate in job fairs and careers• Building talent pool of applicants that are initially assessed to be ready for planned and foretastedpositions
