Current- Building the strategy & plan for the years to come breaking it down to monthly action plans.
- Planning sales promotion plans.
- Coordinating the development of communication materials such as catalog, website, brochures, packaging and in store displays.
- Preparing regular report to monitor and analyze the products performance with the products plan.
- Analyze sales data to update the brand portfolio, determine new products and delete under-performing products.
- Responsible for Product launching and monitoring the products.
