Responding to RFI’s, any site queries, and resolving any issues that arise during construction.• Managing the progress of active projects, establishing milestones and action plans as well as deliverables and timelines to finalize them successfully on time.• Having a good understanding as well as applying the latest building control regulations (2022) to ongoing projects, including SAP, overheating, and the various Parts requirements.• Generating fee proposals, contracts, payment schedules, invoices, and programs for current and pipeline projects.• Dealing with company management administrative activities like brochures, company house documentation, insurance, program renewals, accounting.etc.
