Main responsibilities:- Portfolio planning and management to achieve agreed goals & targets and to minimize credit risk and loss to the bank.- Setting financial and operating targets.- Task delegation, monitoring and coaching of team members.- Business generation through marketing new accounts related to the assigned industries and organic growth of current accounts.- Planning and implementing service and sales activities to cross-sell the wide range of products offered by the bank.

Main Responsibilities:- Engaging with team leader in maintaining presence within delegated industries and further enhancing sector penetration.- Maintaining account utilization & activity of assigned portfolio at decent levels through follow up on account operations and daily communication with customers.- Preparing credit applications in a timely manner to avoid losing potential business and compromising image of organization.
