• Accountable for ensuring the delivery of resourcing requirements for Tech and Digital hires working in close partnership with subject matter experts.• Build strong and effective relationships with key Digital business stakeholders, HR Services and the HRBP teams.• Form a detailed understanding of digital business priorities to develop a proactive and evolving recruitment plan covering future skills, capabilities and headcount requirements.• Build strong tech talent pipeline for future demand.• Working on employer branding plans aligned with company strategy.• Maintain up to date knowledge and in depth expertise of the external digital market and associated competitive organisations, providing insights and guidance as necessary.• Ensure digital talent pipelines exist to meet the future resource requirements of the business functions.• Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times. • Interview candidates using the competency based approach.• Create monthly dashboard including analytics & trends• Support in the development and implementation of resourcing improvement projects as required.

- Responsible for all the inductions for the newly hired employees of the IR account at Vodafone.- Make sure that the required numbers shared from the Workforce planning team is achieved. -Managing the vendors to make sure that they achieve their required shares in each training. - Reporting and analyzing the hired candidates VS the percentage of attrition to make sure that the number of hired candidates is matching exactly the hiring plan shared from the workforce team.
