Responsible for all end to end management of new IT capability or enhancements of current IT capability.Responsible for the end to end delivery of assigned projects starting from creation of the business case to the transition into IT operations ensuring delivery to the required standard of quality, time and costManaging high complexity projects with cross functional impact across a number of technical systems, domain areas, system integrators and third parties.Understanding of the application development lifecycle.

- Managing end to end processes for different bill cycles (Consumer and Corporate) at different days of the month.- Dealing with end to end, project management, finance, middleware and development teams to ensure solutions to and closure of customers issues’ as efficiently as possible.- Running system deployments and brainstorming changes with the development and planning teams with the aim of optimizing the billing process and maximizing profit.- Carrying out investigations in vital processes such as Rating, Roaming and Payments.- Ensuring that servers, web applications and workflows on the billing node are fully operational and utilized maximally.
