Managing the architects, suppliers’ relationship,recruitment of the team, offering management / sales trainings and client relationship building,conducted all the works. The Spa is now operated by a Spa Manager which implements the annualstrategy placed by myself and partner reviewed quarterly.The Spa successfully offers hair & nail care, facials & body treatments, Laser & slimming services,Massages & Turkish Baths, Plastic Surgery & cosmetic dentistry.

Abu Dhabi

Reporting to the regional sales and marketing director, my job tasks included: Satand implemented the annual marketing plan, annual communication strategy, annual budget, and annualtactical plan per project (brand architecture, brand guidelines, communication platform, etc...)Worked closely with business development on: the facility management concept and retail podiums(still in progress), and all advertising material (ATL< BTL< OL and more) to communicate the productalong the brand guidelines. Designed and communicated a quarterly communication newsletter.Developed all marketing collaterals, signature brochures, tactical brochures (local and internationalprojects). Set the Strategic plan for all exhibition, sponsorship, event branding of corporate and projects.Building the project model in order to display at exhibitions launches etc. and finally worked closelywith the sales team to set the sales strategy to ensure the most effective way for ROI.

Reporting to marketing manager, handled 3 projects of mixed usedevelopment consisting of residential, retail and commercial. Designed the annual communication planfor the projects and implemented, also designed and communicated an annual CRM program.Worked and followed up with the ATL, BTL, OL, PR and media buying agency. Developed allmarketing collaterals, signature brochures, tactical brochures (Local and international projects).Planned and executed all events related to the project including launches and sales events, exhibitions,and controlled sponsorships.

Reporting to mall general management, I have sat the entiremarketing plan for Marina mall for the year 2006 in addition to setting the years’ budgets.Negotiated all leasing contracts with retailers and tenants as well as ensured that the payment schedulefor all is made in line with the deadlines. Executing, organizing and finalizing major events throughoutthe year. Events such as summer sale, Ramadan campaign, winter campaign and winter sale launch ofMarina mall extension. Maintained mall prestigious appearance by working closely with 274 tenants,during mall promotions / private promotions. Managing a team of six customer service staff, handlingsituations under pressure successfully, handling customer complaints exceptionally well, organized“etiquette” training as well as first aid training for the customer service staff.Achieved over the target of specialty leasing in 2005.

Reporting to marketing manager, concluded all contracts Introducingnew Clients and maintaining good relationships. Sat Marketing Plans for Extreme Events, Internally aswell as externally assuring all goals are met throughout the specific period and built staff character.Confirming by the end of the planned period that corporate weaknesses were transformed to strengthsand all corporate threats become opportunities. Met all the deadlines during conduction of all projects.
