I am from the Syarif Hidayatullah State Islamic University, Jakarta, graduated in Sharia Economic Law with a GPA of 3.84 with a cum laude predicate who is looking for new challenges in the field of law and analysis. I have good skills in the field of public speaking and problem solving, this is proven by my experience, which is always active and plays an important role in student organizational activities. I am someone who is reliable, thorough, optimistic, perfectionist, has a high interest in learning, is responsible, and has a leadership spirit.Now I work at PT. Wijaya Karya on the East Side National Axis Road Development Project in the Capital of the Nusantara, I am in the Logistics and Equipment Division as Contract Management and Logistics Administration Assistant. I have good conceptual and negotiation skills with work partners. My job is to make contracts and archive contracts that have been agreed upon and make monthly reports to be accountable to manager.My Job Desc is:• Assist in the creation of client contracts / agreements.• Controlling and monitoring the overall contract life cycle management (creation, review, clarification and negotiation, finalization, termination and extention).• Handling over 50 vendors contract.Managing variation order (VO) and preparing all documents that neededfor claim/anti claim process.• Successfully finish amandement process of the main contract for Extension of time (EOT).• Coordinate, communication and negotiation activities with vendors.Assist the project managers in day to day project work: Scheduling, Filling, and any other ad hoc task as assigned by the company.• Coordinate and Monitor the project activities of sub-contractors and other third party vendors in term of administration.
