As a WGSS coordinator and a social scientist, my mission is to oversee the day to day implementation of the Women & Girls Safe Spaces’ within the communities, provide technical support to various community-outreach activities, coordinate with local stakeholders, and ensure buy-in of the local population and oversee establishment and operation of community-led initiatives as well as ensure mentoring for provision of quality case management services to women & girls affected by GBV. I am also responsible to supervise all programs’ components related to awareness-raising on protection, prevention, response, and self-protection for boys/girls and adolescents and ensure representation at various local coordination groups.I Attained a remarkable evaluation in 360-degree feedback which showcased my excellent performance and dedication towards reaching the NGO's goals. Starting from 2019, I have been Excelling in supervising and guiding two different WGSS teams, in different locations and each with its privacy, working on several projects, and coordinating with the respective stakeholders. I have also managed and conducted full training schedules for front liners on GBV, CP, PSS tools, and parenting skills. I also created and implemented a follow-up system with my team, for projects and beneficiaries, that was integrated into the weekly plan which boosted our overall efficiency by more than 30%.

During my time as a social worker at Caritas Lebanon Migrant Center, I provided social counseling, home visits, and assistance in response to the needs of the refugees. I also analyzed the situations of beneficiaries and conducted vulnerability assessments to find the best possible solution by informing them of their choices and guiding them through their own problem-solving process in a participatory way. To cover the inquiries, I coordinated with UNHCR. I implemented PSS activities and social awareness sessions for children, youth, and women. In addition, I identified vulnerable families or individuals to benefit from humanitarian and medical assistance based on criteria of selection if any, and refer eligible cases to services within the project or within the center.
