Current• Maintain up-to-date documentation of crew STCW, documents, and personnel profiles on the company's ERP system.• Coordinate crew changes and inform the logistics department for timely crew arrival.• Create CVs for seafarers nominated for ADNOC, KJO, and KOC on board our vessels, and track the approval progress.• Responsible for recruiting, filtering, and scheduling interview appointments for qualified seafarers, and coordinating with the port captain and port engineer for feedback… Show more • Maintain up-to-date documentation of crew STCW, documents, and personnel profiles on the company's ERP system.• Coordinate crew changes and inform the logistics department for timely crew arrival.• Create CVs for seafarers nominated for ADNOC, KJO, and KOC on board our vessels, and track the approval progress.• Responsible for recruiting, filtering, and scheduling interview appointments for qualified seafarers, and coordinating with the port captain and port engineer for feedback and approval.• Responsible for the crew payroll; by reviewing the vessels timesheets and finalizing the daily rate calculations to be eventually provided to the financial department.• Follow up on crew Panama endorsements, file them once received, and update the crew onboard to ensure all parties are informed and ready for any upcoming surveys.• Handle the social insurance enrollment process.
