As a Client Onboarding Specialist, thrilled to share my experience as the first member of the onboarding team. Collaborating closely with the Head of Customer Success, I implemented our tailored onboarding process, ensuring seamless transitions for clients. Acting as the primary point of contact for clients during the onboarding process, offering guidance, support, and assistance as needed. Collaborate with cross-functional teams including sales, operations, and Tech team to address client needs and resolve issues promptly. Conduct training sessions and product demonstrations to familiarize clients with ShipBlu's features, functionalities, and best practices. Provide ongoing education and support to clients during the incubation period. Proactively identify potential challenges or bottlenecks in the onboarding process and take proactive measures to mitigate risks. *Achievements *- Achieved 100% client satisfaction for all onboarding sessions through paying attention to client needs and proactive problem-solving strategies. - Decreased the velocity of the deals from an average of 7 days to 2 days. - Developed a knowledge base under the supervision of the head of customer success. This resource became the go-to guide for our team and clients, improving the onboarding experience.

- Assist in the recruitment process by posting, screening, identifying candidates, conducting initial phone screening, reference checks, and issuing employment contracts. -Developing and maintaining an up-to-date database of employee data -Ensuring new hire paperwork is completed and processed. -Ensure that all documents in the employee file comply with the documents needed set by the labor law and social insurance. -Welcoming new hires with prepared onboarding kits and an office tour and introducing them to their team members. -Providing new hires with manuals, guidelines, and passwords, as needed. -Arranging product and company demos and presentations.

-Receives new applicants & provide information about admission application procedures.-Advises applicants with academic and procedural requirements for successful admission application-Updates applicants’ data in admission databases.-Follow-up with applicants for any inquiries through direct meetings, phone calls and emails.-Coordinate with Academic coordinator the External Transfer student’s process.-Coordinate with the Academic advisor to conduct an interview for the Postgraduate’s applicants-Prepare & coordinate NU writing exam Process with the English department.-Answering specific technical questions about requirements of different types of certificates .-Evaluates students’ high school certificates to decide the eligibility of applicants for desired study program & decide on tuition category
