My background and training for more than 26 years with the Humanitarian United Nations, International NGO, and private companies in different sections, like HR, Finance and Administration, Asset Management and Programme allowed me to be skilled at building relationships with employees across all levels of an organization. Experienced in different systems like, WINGS ECP, GEMS, WSS, EASY VISTA, SCOPE and ITS (Invoice Tracking system). Along I have organizational capacity in project management, impact assessment evaluation, advocacy, procurement, strategic plan, project proposal, project monitoring and reporting in different sectors like Education and Child protection with knowledge of, Watson, health, and agricultural sectors. Administration roles in drafting waivers, reports and managing data along with supervising administrative staff. Drafting correspondence and translation and support in arranging accommodation and flights and all related administration and HR tasks. My key strengths are time management, Asset Management, balance sheet, petty cash accounts, creating journals, auditing, bank and cash reconciliations, Vendor payments and staff salary, in addition to preparation of weekly cash updates and forecast requests. Providing support for generating and building relationships, managing data systems and rules at area level. My major experience lies in building cross-functional teams, meeting deadlines, demonstrating exceptional communication skills, and making critical decisions during challenges. Adaptable and transformational lead with an ability to work independently, creating effective presentations, and developing opportunities that further establish organizational goals. A part of my long experience was working deeply with communities, especially with women and children, and on staff management and capacity building of project and administrative staff.
