• Analyze the system retail data, provide reports tracking the operations of Max, Home Centre, Centre Point, ShoeExpress
• Develop and support warehouse operations for all Landmark brands
• Monitor and maintain Retail Merchandising System (ORMS), Warehouse Management System(WMS), Oracle Point of Sale (ORPOS), Stock Inventory Management System (SIM)) Systems Software
• Develop system solutions by preparing and evaluating alternative workflows
• Work with retail team to understand, analyze and document their business needs and system requirements
• Define and document the system functions requirements and communicate with users and development team

• Coordinate the requirements of all the stakeholders ensuring smooth retail operations
• Use Oracle Retail Merchandising System (ORMS), Warehouse Management System (WMS), Oracle Point of Sale (ORPOS), Stock Inventory Management System (SIM) & BI Reports
• Consolidate data needed for generating required reports to be submitted upon request
• Provide support for warehouse team to maintain smooth work operations
• Provide a training course in Oracle WMS (how to use the system) to new users

• System Administrator for two ERP’s(Enterprise resource planning) that have been implementedMicrosoft Dynamics Axapta AX and Hits application (Payroll System).
• Create a reports using Management reporter module on Microsoft AX 2012 application.
• Manage Databases on SQL Server 2012.
• Use windows server 2008 OS and create users on the active directory
• Manage full back ups on SQL server 2012 for both applications and can restore back-ups
• Assist Finance and Operational departments to train and instruct users with respect to their specific day-to-day problems, execute corrective action when necessary
