Configure the staff team, giving full briefings of the event schedule including: timelines, workshops, activities, catering, housekeeping, entertainment….etc. Manage details of the running event including: Organizing facilities, Coordinating suppliers, Leading the operational team , Handling client queries, and Troubleshooting on the days of the event to ensure that all runs smoothly and to budget.
