PRE-PRODUCTION:- Administrating Letters of Agreement and contracts for artists Assisting the Artistic Director with artists communications-  assisting IN PLANNING, COMMUNICATING, GATHERING INFO and implementing all of the production related tasks.-  Participate in weekly production meetings at mutually agreed times.- managing travel info for out-of-town filmmakers and arrange for their arrival and departure.- Maintain regular communication between festival artists and staff about schedules, artistic expectation and other administrative issues.- Full preparation for the Gulf Film Shows.Helping with prepare a children's shows program.- Full preparation for the workshop program. -2020-EVENT COORDINTION:- Helping where needed throughout the Festival – “On the ground” project management, including coordinating multiple events- Maintain a regular on-site presence and supervise performances during festival.- Work with Custom Made staff to troubleshoot venue issues.

- Customer service- Company services developer- Managing potential customers- Record all sales, schedules and customer complaints- Customer relationship management- Collaborating with the marketing department for the target audience- Informing product developers of possible product improvements and changes - Analyzing competitors products- Follow-up mechanism for the team- Hit the monthly sales target
