Joined Innovative Youth Malta, a non-profit organization dedicated to empowering young people by fostering entrepreneurial skills and promoting a culture of job creation. Through this platform, I am eager to contribute to programs and initiatives that support youth entrepreneurship, influence national policies, and create opportunities for young adults to engage in business activities. Through this organization I participated in the "Fostering Resilience in Youth Work Through Podcasting" (FOREST) ERASMUS+ project, with plans to further engage in the organization’s strategic priorities, including education, awareness, and policy-making initiatives.

- Conduct psychological assessments (intelligence test, interest and aptitude test, graphic test, etc.) for work recruitment and for students- Write psychological observations and reports on participants' behavior during the test- Assist the psychologist to score the result according to the guideline.

Working as an intern in Teman Ibu Indonesia, online community that focus on a supporting women’s wellbeing on their motherhood journey. Position as administrator to class of 30 mothers with responsibility to conduct meeting monthly to provide psychological education, assessment, analyzing assessment result, translating questionnaires and act as peer counselor in time of needs.

Responsible to write content for Dekap Psikologi instagram account. The content is about mental health in variety of context from parenting, children's development, young adults' problem, mental health issues relating to COVID-19 and many more.

Airlangga Global Engagement (AGE) is a bridge for both international and domestic institutions to establish partnership with Universitas Airlangga. Helped in translating agreement documents between Universitas Airlangga and other International Universities all over the world regarding academic interest between the two parties such as student exchange, summer school, etc.
