Experienced lawyer by profession, legal manager & compliance enthusiast I am passionate about meaningful ESG strategies and compliance implementations within wide range of policies mainly focused on antitrust, regulated businesses, governance & risk management, business ethics, whistleblowing.I enjoy working in close cooperation to business helping them to succeed in challenging environment with efficient and risk balanced solutions. Distribution chains, pricing strategies, navigating business with strong market power within uncertain antitrust rules these are just a few professional challenges I am passionate about and happy to get involved in.During my legal practice I am used to be regularly ranked in Global Competition Review and Chambers Europe and received excellent client feedback: "She is a brilliant, client-oriented competition lawyer. She is appreciated for her huge knowledge of competition law matters, clear drafting skills and practical advice".In 2020 I relocated with my family to the Mediterranean island Gozo where we started a family business Working Retreat Gozo, focused on wellbeing and enjoyable yet meaningful life. From 2023 I co-reside in Prague as an ESG strategist & consultant. In my legal practice I partner with two related law firms in Czechia and Slovakia. I believe that at some point of life we start to value our time the most, want to live here & now and enjoy every single day. I love my work but I love my life as a whole the best and my work is just a part of it.
