Management of software development projects for multiple customers in sensors area in similar timeframe including:- define the software budget for new projects/new customer requests covering the software development life cycle- preparation of task list together with delivery plan content for multiple software deliveries for multiple customers in similar timeframe and different product generations- build management and problem and change management activities - release management- preparation of the deliverable for customer's releases ( including SAP PDM transfer)- plan /track/monitor projects and involvead milestones in order to ensure in time start of production - cost tracking- synchronization with other project disciplines (HW, System Testing, Application,System engineering, SW Quality)

• Define with RAN(Radio Access Network) Product Line Management the right products based on market requests , proposing new products & evolutions , project roadmaps or specific features that sustains Alcatel-Lucent competitiveness• Provide guidelines(including on deep technical aspects) to pre-sales/sales teams on all open points and issues during offers ( including customer information request, statement of compliance, pricing strategy)• Provide and manage generic tendering documents Also this position involves:- an active collaboration with product management teams- involvement in some of the product life cycle steps - training of pre-sales hubs worldwide in order to keep the hubs up to date with latest products and strategies-Control offers on technical aspects (Roadmap, Product selection, BoQ optimization)-Validate Scope-of-Works performed by Tendering managers-Coordination with Cost Analysis team for Commercial Reference Management (catalogues)

• People management (including team annual evaluation, team skills improvement, team motivation)• Manage WIMAX controller load transfer activity between sites including :Training plan/HW transfer/Knowledge transfer plan• Organize/plan team activities (platform preparation , O&M tests preparation and execution) in specified time frame • Define Test Strategy and Test Plan for Wimax controller load activity• Participate to weekly synchronization meetings with management teams• Report, investigate (traces, measurements) and track load and functional problems• Interpret L&S tests results taking into account specific test conditions (according with Load and Stress Test Strategy and Traffic Model)• Interact with different teams (development teams/System Integration teams) in order to find workarounds for blocking situations

• Prepare platform( install/commissioning equipments) for tests (O&M) execution• Test execution and test sheets update/creation• Report, investigate and track through FR’s different problems• Participate to FVNR(Fast verification non regression tests ) activities• Participation to Methods validation• Share existent knowledge with team members• Couch new team members on problem investigation, mail/FR writing

• Organizing work (platform preparation-including tuning for automatic tests execution-, O&M tests execution in Load and Stress environment) in specified time frame (according with test campaign type)• Participate to O&M Load and Stress tests Test strategy and Test plan updates• Interpret L&S tests results taking into account specific test conditions (according with Load and Stress Test Strategy and Traffic Model)• Report, investigate (traces, measurements and scripts analysis) and track Load and Stress and functional problems• Centralize tests results, tracked problems and problems analyses in an Load and Stress Campaign report together with a GO/NO GO verdict on the executed test campaign• Share new acquired knowledge with team members• Customer( internal/external Alcatel) Support on different OMC subsystem problems• Write small scripts(pearl / shell scripts) in order to easy the load work/investigate problems• Interact with different teams (development teams/Indus team) in order to find workarounds for blocking situations
