 As a Team Leader in a family construction company, I met a target of building a new supermarket from scratch one month before the due date and the finished supermarket received high praise for its construction quality.  I managed and supervised teams of workers across multiple sites concurrently under tight schedule  I devised in-field solutions, worked with network managers and supervisors I managed a budget of $200k and lead the construction of two supermarkets from scratch  I assisted to boost the company's revenue in 25% during the period of employment

 I escorted 12 members and managed 5 different households. During 2 years in the role, the hospitalisation rate of these members was reduced by 70% compared with prior to starting in the role. Achieved this by approaching the people at eye-level, and assimilating different therapeutic methods, such as phototherapy and the strengths-based model. Worked with one member who was very closed off and almost entirely mute since childhood, due to a severe trauma he endured. Accompanied him with the guitar and he started singing entire songs and completing full sentences much more often. They even live performed twice in front of the whole community.
