My role:Leading and managing of - operations, engineering, development, manufacturing, logistics, procurement, quality assurance and maintenance.Led the company’s transition from POC/prototype stage to high scale manufacturer stage:• Product development – performance testing, design changes, optimization• Transition from development to production – production technologies definitions, raw materials sourcing and selection, cost reduction• Production lines establishment – layout design, infrastructure construction, custom machinery design and implementation, warehouse and logistics • ERP system implementation• QA and QC systems establishment and implementation • Procurement relations and agreements – local and global suppliers and sub-contractors• HR – recruitment and training of managers and employees , working and quality procedures implementation, organizational culture foundation

Featuring on-footwear sensors that uniquely provide full detection of foot and ball interactions.My role:• Managing operations, supply chain, engineering and manufacturing • Leading product transition from development to production – electronics and mechanics design changes, product validation, testing tools and protocols implementation• Managing sub-contractors - plastic injection molding, PCB fabrication, SMT and mechanical assembly • Supply chain – procurement, logistics, international shipping• Field testing management
